	Age: 16 years old Height: 166 cm (5.4 ft) Character Voice Kappei Yamaguchi Ryu is a 3rd Ranger in charge of the working class section of Sheldar. His main responsibilities are patrolling his assigned area and checking into any unusual activity. He posesses perseverance and determination to do his job effectively.

Bosch=1/64
	Age: 16 years old Height: 167 cm (5.4 ft) Character Voice Kentarou Itou Another member of Ryu's Ranger unit, Bosch's government number indicates that he may have special abilities. As a member of the aristocracy, being a Ranger is merely the start of his professional career.

Nina
	Age: 12 years old Height: 143 cm (4.6 ft) Character Voice Kyouko Hikami Ryu saves Nina from a perilous situation, and she joins his party. Though always silent, Nina understands what people say to her. She adores Ryu and considers him her personal hero.

Lin=XX
	Age: 21 years old Height: 170 cm (5.4 ft) Character Voice Kumiko Watanabe This young woman is an agent of the anti-government group Trinity. (Due to this subversive connection, she refuses to reveal her goernment number.) She meets Ryu at a certain political event and decides to join his party.

Zeno=1/128

Character Voice Kyouko Hikami

Zeno is the captain of the Rangers and also doubles as Ryu and Bosch's direct superior and instructor. They report all complete assignments to her.

Deamoned
	Character Voice Unshou Ishizuka Deamoned is one of the regents. It is said that he lost his left eye while battling a dragon and that the guilt of failure has plagued him ever since.

Cupid

Character Voice Kumiko Watanabe

Cupid is one of the regents and is very clairvoyant. He can see visions of what is to come and has a pet named Rasta.

Hortensia
	Character Voice Kyouko Hikami Another one of the Regents, Hortensia has the ability to predict the future and the power to manipulate time and space at will.

Jezuit
	Character Voice Kentarou Itou Jezuit is the Regent with the lowest D-ratio and because of this he is not like the rest of his associates. He has the ability to blend into the shadows using his "Shadow Walk" technique.

Vexacion
	Character Voice Unshou Ishizuka This honor-bound man is another Regent and wields the "Beast Blade" techniques. He is often accompanied by his two disciples.

Mebeth
	A wanted man. He is Mebeth, the leader of Trinity, the anti-government organization.

Elyon
	Character Voice Kentarou Itou The Origin and the leader of all the Regents. Elyon controls the destiny of the underground world and senses the arrival of the new "dragon."
