Breath of Fire IV manga!

Thanks for sharing your thoughts about the ending, everyone. I don't really have anything to add at this point, other than agreeing that it would have been nice if they elaborated things a bit more.

Overall I find the manga ending more satisfying than the game, but they sure do love to keep things hanging either way! I wonder what happens when Ryu and Fou-Lu meet up with Nina and the other party members, and what eventually happens to everyone, but I guess we'll never know now. It might have been interesting to show where everyone is, say, 10 years later. Then again, you can't have the ending go on and on, either.

Oh well, I enjoy speculating about these things as well. It's a bit frustrating though when you can't get to a definitive answer! (Unless they make a sequel, that is. ) Now that I think about it, it's been a few years since I finished BoF4. Maybe now is a good time to replay it....

I loved the ending for the BoF4 manga more then the game's ending, it just worked so well. Plus Ursula's hunting down Yuna, which would be fun, since the guy's a bastard. At least Cray got to punch him through a wall.

I didn't like this manga at all. I think Fou-Lu's perspective is very clearer in the game. And this manga has no action scene, at least that should be a nice fight between Fou-Lu and Ryu. The dragons almost don't appear too... I confess I was expecting something better. But I liked the last pages where Fou-Lu and Ryu appear walking together as mortals, it'd be nice if they create a new history, now they hunting for Yuna

Just randomly stumbled across the manga...Spent the morning reading all of it. Ohhh the nostalgia.

It was actually just finished being translated just a couple months ago. O: It's quite true the game and it very good.
