FINALLY!!!
Even if it's not gonna be a direct sequel to Mother 2 (Earthbound), I'm definitely keeping an eye out for this shit! http://starmen.net/ Quote:
Well its finnally been given a release date which will be April 20, 2006 with the title of the game called Mother 3: Death of the Pig King. Also you may find it strange that that release date of 4/20 Hitlers birthday...and 4/20 is a weed smoking reference...lol only a game like Earthbound would have such a weird release date. Anyways with that out of the way its been years sence it was first canned and we will soon see what it will look like now. Will it ever come to the US at all? Hopefully it will because I been wanting to play a new Earthbound game sence the original. What are your thoughts on how this game will be like and will it be worth the wait? Mother/Earthbound 0 = NES Mother 2/Earthbound 1 = SNES Mother 3/ Earthbound 2 = GBA But they're calling it Earthbound 3. screen shots : Mother 3 Screens : ![]() ![]() ![]() Oh man, I cannot wait until this game comes out. I'm hoping for a US version, Can anyone say fuzzy pickles? |

Oh awesome. I never finished any of the Mother games, but they were so quirky and full of charm. But gabrielzero, are you sure about this? Please don't get my hopes up...

Never heard of it but it looks funny. Especially the last one. I could try search for some of it in my GBA roms.

YAY!!! I had heard about it already, but all I knew was that the release was sometime this year on the GBA! This release date confirms it all!
I LOVE Earthbound/Mother! Ah Buzz Buzz...never has a warrior from another universe been so cool...and killed so easily...=p =p =p

WOW, a game that was to be an N64 launch title. No way I'm passing up on this.

But is it going to be released here? That's what I'm wondering, as the first Mother still hasn't seen the light of day on this side of the Pacific...

Yeah, I don't think there's any reason why it wouldn't make it here. There's a good fanbase for it despite the original never being released.

But he was WAY more useful than that annoying neighbor...who was evil.=p But, yeah. The dog is almost all of the pics. Looks like he'll be a party member or something.
