I didn't discover I had saved it at a low quality before it was uploaded at deviantART, but I liked the effect. The image got more grainy, which I think suited it.
Anyways, this is Fou-Lu in his usual mood. The hair is one of the concepts Capcom had of him before they decided to use long hair instead. Look for it in the concept arts. You can really see the resemblance between Elyon and Fou-Lu with this hairstyle (except Elyon's hair stands up and not diagonally)

Haha, it's probably because she's so girly, naieve, and just...a generic character. I LOVED Ursula ><. I was waiting for her and Cray to get together. They seemed like the liked each other at the end, but of course the strong, more masculine women gets no love, grr grumble grrr

Absolutely! Nina didn't get anyone either, in the end. But I don't know why anyone would like her, she's much more generic, a typical optimistic do-gooder. Ursula was fantastic though. One of my favourtie BoF characters. And she's not masculine! She's indepentant.
