Ryu of BoF IV, meditating upon the peaceful aspects of life. Based on the title and this description, maybe those who've played it knows what part 2 will look like :)

This is the first part of what I hope to be my greatest dedication to my favourite gaming series, Breath of Fire, so far. This was actually done pretty quick, as I enjoyed doing everything in it. I guess trees and skies are pretty basic tools for a background, but oh well. Will fix some mistakes later on.

Some refs used on tree and legs of the meditating pose, along with Ryu's look. Ryu is copyright of Capcom, and the art is copyright of me.

In one forum I'm in, we did an images battle, focus on sword drawing, making it in cool style.

I ended up creating Sten with it (From BOF 2) I've decided to create him cloths that will fit the time he was a soldier.

and I might use this design in my BOF2 comic.

I dunno if I should color it or not.

sadly, by the votes so far I don't think I'll win the competition :/
